He loves to swim in the sea and he lives in the seaweed. when he is on land he lights up like fire and he scares the other fairies away. When this fairy is around, he brings the north wind, he is a nice little creature and cools off his hot friends. He is invisible to the eye unless there are gray clouds in the sky.
